Following the military regime’s violence crackdowns, the Spring Revolution in which unarmed people staged peaceful protests since the beginning of the military coup, shifted rapidly from self-defense to armed revolution. On 7 September 2021, the National Unity Government (NUG) declared a nationwide people’s defensive war against the junta.

Hundreds of battalions and units of People’s Defense Forces (PDFs) under the NUG, Township PDFs, People’s Security Forces, hundreds of urban-based People’s Defense Forces/Local Defense Forces (PDFs/LDFs) which have sprung up under various regional names rather than under the NUG, need the help and support from the already-existed Ethnic Revolutionary Organizations (EROs).

The Three Brotherhood Alliance’s “Operation 1027” has revealed the necessary assistance required for revolutionary forces which are engaging in the Spring Revolution as well as guidance and leadership. It can stimulate all the revolutionary forces throughout the country to simultaneously conduct coordinated military operations for the end of the military dictatorship.

Our Burma News International (BNI)-Myanmar Peace Monitor’s weekly news review for this week highlights “Operation 1027” (or) the Northern Call which started on 27 October and coordinated military operations of the Spring Revolution forces.

မြောက်ပိုင်းခေါ်သံနှင့် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ဟန်ချက်ညီစစ်ဆင်ရေး

စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းကာလအစကတည်းက လက်နက်မဲ့ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒဖော်ထုတ်ခဲ့ကြသည့် ပြည်သူလူထု၏ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးသည် အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စု၏ အကြမ်းဖက်နှိမ်နင်းဖြိုခွင်းမှုများကြောင့် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ခုခံကာကွယ်နိုင်ရေးမှ ရရာလက်နက်စွဲကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးအထိ အရွေ့အပြောင်းမြန်ဆန်ခဲ့ရသည်။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာ ၇ ရက်တွင် “တနိုင်ငံလုံး လှည်းနေလှေအောင်း မြင်းစောင်းမကျန် ခုခံတော်လှန်စစ်” ဆင်နွှဲကြရန် ကြေညာသည်အထိ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်အုပ်စုအား ဖြုတ်ချနိုင်ရေး ဟစ်ကြွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။

ရာနှင့်ချီသော အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) လက်အောက်ခံ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်ရင်းတပ်ဖွဲ့များ၊ မြို့နယ်အလိုက် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပကဖ) များ၊ ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့(ပလဖ)များ၊ NUG နှင့် လက်အောက်ခံမဟုတ်ဘဲ ဒေသအလိုက် အမည်နာမမျိုးစုံဖြင့် စုဖွဲ့ပေါက်ဖွားလာသည့် ရာနှင့်ချီသော မြို့ပြဒေသအလိုက် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ (PDF-LDF) များသည် မူလကတည်းကရှိနှင့်နေပြီးသော တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင် တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ (ERO) များ၏ ထောက်ကူပံ့ပိုးမှုကို လိုအပ်ခဲ့သည်။

မြောက်ပိုင်းညီနောင်မဟာမိတ် (၃) ဖွဲ့၏ “၁၀၂၇ စစ်ဆင်ရေး” သည် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုများအတွက် လိုအပ်နေသော ထောက်ကူပံ့ပိုးမှုအပြင် ဦး‌ဆောင်လမ်းပြမှု၊ ဦးစီးဆောင်ရွက်မှုတို့ကိုပါ လှစ်ဟပြသနေပြီး စစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ် ချုပ်ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံတဝှမ်းလုံးရှိ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများ အားလုံးကိုပါ ဟန်ချက်ညီစစ်ဆင်ရေးများ တပြိုင်နက်လှုပ်ရှားကြရန် ခွန်အားပြနှိုးဆွပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ယခုတစ်ပတ် BNI-Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၇ ရက်တွင် စတင်ခဲ့သည့် “၁၀၂၇ စစ်ဆင်ရေး” (ဝါ) မြောက်ပိုင်းခေါ်သံနှင့်အတူ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများ၏ ဟန်ချက်ညီစစ်ဆင်ရေးများအကြောင်းကို ချဉ်းကပ်လေ့လာတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
