၂၀၁၅ အေထြေထြေရြးေကာက္ပဲြတြင္ အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္ (NLD) အႏုိင္ရရွိမႈကုိ ျမန္မာ့ ဒီမုိကေရစီေခတ္သစ္အတြက္ အရုဏက္ဦးဟု သတ္မွတ္ေျပာဆုိၾကသည္။ NLD ပါတီက ဤ အသြင္ကူးေျပာင္းျခင္းျဖစ္စဥ္၏ အစိတ္အပိုင္းအျဖစ္ တရားဥပေဒစုိးမိုးမႈ ျဖစ္ထြန္းကားေရး၏ အေရးႀကီးမႈကုိ အေလးအနက္ထားခဲ့သည္။ သုိ႔ေသာ္လည္း၊ တရားစီရင္ေရးစနစ္တြင္ ႀကီးမားေလးနက္ေသာ ျပသာနာမ်ားႏွင့္ ရင္ဆုိင္ေနရၿပီး၊ ၄င္းျပသာနာမ်ားအနက္မွ လူသိအမ်ားဆုံး ျပသာနာမ်ားမွာ တရားေရးဌာနရွိ အက်င့္ပ်က္ျခစားမႈ၊ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမ႑ိဳင္မွ တရားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ာအေပၚ မေလ်ာ္မကန္ လႊမ္းမုိးေနမႈႏွင့္ တရားသူႀကီးမ်ားႏွင့္ ေရွ ႔ေနမ်ား၏ စြမ္းေဆာင္ႏုိင္ရည္ နိမ့္က်မႈတို႔ျဖစ္သည္။ ထုိျပသာနာမ်ား၏ အက်ိဳးဆက္အေနျဖင့္၊ ျမန္မာ့တရားစီရင္ေရးစနစ္အေပၚ အမ်ားျပည္သူ ယုံၾကည္မႈအဆင့္ နိမ့္က်လ်က္ရွိသည္။
