The Interim Executive Council of Karenni State (IEC) – led by Khu Oo Reh, the current chairman of the Karenni National Progressive Party (KNPP) – has proven to be one of the most unique features of the Spring Revolution. The image of the Karenni people has been held up throughout the country in every movement against the military council and its affiliated groups and individuals since the military seized power in a coup on 1 February 2021.

Members of Parliament from Karenni State who won in the 2020 election have also strengthened the Central Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) – one of the first forces of the Spring Revolution, composed of MPs who won in the 2020 elections. Then, the Karenni State Consultative Council (KSCC) actively cooperates with the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC), which can be called the vanguard of the Spring Revolution.

ကရင်နီပြည် ကြားကာလ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ (သို့မဟုတ်) နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ အထူးခြားဆုံး ဝိသေသတစ်ခု

ကရင်နီအမျိုးသားတိုးတက်ရေးပါတီ (KNPP) ၏ လက်ရှိဥက္ကဌ ခူဦးရယ်ကိုယ်တိုင်ဦးဆောင်သည့် ကရင်နီပြည်နယ် ကြားကာလအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ (IEC) သည် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးကာလအတွင်း အထူးခြားဆုံး ဝိသေသတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ထင်‌ပေါ်နေပါသည်။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁ ရက်တွင် စခဲ့သည့် စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းကာလအတွင်း အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်ကောင်စီနှင့် အပေါင်းအပါများအား နည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ဆန့်ကျင်ဆန္ဒဖော်ထုတ်သည့် လှုပ်ရှားမှုတိုင်းတွင်လည်း ကရင်နီလူထု၏ ပုံရိပ်များသည် နိုင်ငံတဝှမ်း လွင့်ပြန့်နေခဲ့ပါသည်။

စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုဆန့်ကျင်သော နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ အစောဆုံးအစုအဖွဲ့တစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည့် ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအနိုင်ရအမတ်များဖြင့် စုဖွဲ့ထားသော ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားပြုကော်မတီ (CRPH) တွင်လည်း ကရင်နီဒေသတွင်းမှ အနိုင်ရလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်အားဖြည့်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့နောက် နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ တပ်ဦးဟုဆိုနိုင်သော အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအတိုင်ပင်ခံကောင်စီ (NUCC) တွင်လည်း ကရင်နီဒေသကိုယ်စားပြုအဖြစ် ကရင်နီပြည်အတိုင်ပင်ခံကောင်စီ (KSCC) က အင်တိုက်အားတိုက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်ကို တွေ့ရသည်။

ယခုတစ်ပတ် BNI-Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် KSCC မှ အတည်ပြုဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက်သည့် ကရင်နီပြည်နယ်၏ ကြားကာလအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ (IEC) နှင့် ကရင်နီဒေသတွင်း နိုင်ငံရေး စစ်ရေး အရွေ့များကို လေ့လာတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
