Urgent Action Is Needed to Address Frictions Between Revolutionary Forces. – Issue 116

“We all have different ways of working on this revolution. We happen to meet here because we are walking the same path. Therefore, we need to move forward together as much as we can in unity and solidarity toward our shared goal, victory.”
This is the message that Duwa Lashi La, the acting president of the National Unity Government (NUG), addressed to the people on 31 July 2023.
Spring Revolution forces can be distinguished between the People’s Defense Forces (PDFs) established by the NUG’s Ministry of Defense, the people’s administrative organs and People’s Security Forces (PSF) under the NUG’s Home Affairs Ministry, the People’s Defense Forces-Local Defense Forces (PDFs-LDFs) under various names, and the Ethnic Revolutionary Organizations (EROs).
This issue, our BNI – Myanmar Peace Monitor (MPM) Weekly News Review examines the frictions between the Spring Revolution resistance forces and the role of the Central Command and Coordination Committee (C3C).
အရေးပေါ်ဖြေရှင်းရမည့် တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့များအကြား ပွတ်တိုက်မှုများ
“ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးဟာ တော်လှန်ရေးမှာ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပုံတွေ မတူညီကြပေမယ့် လျှောက်တဲ့လမ်းချင်းတူလို့ လူချင်းတွေ့ကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် တစ်လှေတည်းစီး တစ်ခရီးတည်းသွားသူချင်း တတ်နိုင်သ၍ ညီညီညွတ်ညွတ်၊ ဖေးဖေးမမနဲ့ ပန်းတိုင်အောင်ပွဲကိုပဲ အာရုံပြုပြီး လျှောက်လှမ်းကြရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်”။
၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ ၃၁ ရက်၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) ယာယီသမ္မတ ဒူဝါလရှီးလ၏ ပြည်သူသို့ သတင်းစကားဖြစ်သည်။
နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများကို လေ့လာကြည့်လျှင် NUG ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက်သည့် ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (PDF) နှင့် မြို့နယ်အလိုက် ဒေသအခြေပြု ပြည့်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပကဖ) များ၊ NUG ပြည်ထဲရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအောက်ရှိ ပြည်သူ့အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပအဖ) များ၊ ပြည်သူလုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပလဖ) များ၊ မြို့ပြဒေသအလိုက် အမည်နာမမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည့် PDF-LDF များ၊ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ERO) များဟူ၍ ခွဲခြားတွေ့မြင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
ယခုတစ်ပတ် BNI-Myanmar Peace Monitor ၏ အပတ်စဉ်သတင်းသုံးသပ်ချက်တွင် ဆိုခဲ့ပါ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး၏ ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုအချင်းချင်းအကြား ပွတ်တိုက်မှုများ၊ ပဋိပက္ခများ၊ ပြဿနာများနှင့် C3C အခန်းကဏ္ဍကို ချဉ်းကပ်လေ့လာကာ လစ်ဟတင်ပြထားပါသည်။
