အစိုးရသည် အမုန်းစကား တိုးမြင့်ပြန့်ပွားလာမှုကို ထိရောက်စွာမဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သလို အစွန်းရောက်အမျိုးသားရေးအုပ်စုများကိုလည်း အရေးယူရန်ပျက်ကွက်ခဲ့သည်ဟု လူ့အခွင့်အရေးလှုပ်ရှားသူများကဝေဖန်လိုက်သည်။
အရပ်ဖက်လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်း ၁၉ ဖွဲ့မှ ပူးပေါင်းထုတ်ပြန်သောအစီအရင်ခံစာတွင် အမုန်းစကားဖြစ်စေသည့် အဓိကတွန်းအားများမှာ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်၊ နိုင်ငံရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ စီးပွားရေးသမားများနဲ့ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များ အဓိကပါဝင်သည်ဟုဆိုသည်။
