AASYC Submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review (UPR) to the 37th Session of the Human Rights Council. The report titlled Human Rights Violations in the Armed Conflicts in Arakan, Burma/Myanmar.

The report mainly addresses how Myanmar Government and Myanmar Army (Tatmataw) commited the human rights violations towards the civilians in Arakan violating the fundamental rights of the citizens as well as violating the international human rights obligations.

ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီသို့ ရခိုင်ပြည်၏ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး အခြေအနေကို AASYC အစီရင်ခံစာ တင်သွင်း

ကမ္ဘာ့နိုင်ငံအားလုံး၏ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအခြေအနေကို ပုံမှန်သုံးသပ်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် (Universal Periodic Review – UPR)တွင် ရခိုင်ပြည်၌ ဖြစ်ပွါးလျက်ရှိသည့် လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခအတွင်း အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအပေါ် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ရခိုင်ပြည်လုံးဆိုင်ရာ ကျောင်းသားနှင့် လူငယ်များအစည်းအရုံး (AASYC) မှနေ၍ (၀၉.၀၇.၂၀) ရက်နေ့က ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကောင်စီသို့ အစီရင်ခံစာတင်သွင်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

အစီရင်ခံစာတွင် မြန်မာအစိုးရနှင့် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်မှ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူများ၏ နိုင်ငံသားအခွင့်အရေး၊ ဌာနေတိုင်းရင်းသားအခွင့်အရေးနှင့် အခြေခံလူ့အခွင့်ရေးများကို ပုံစံမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ချိုးဖောက်နေခြင်း၊ မတရားဖမ်းဆီး ချုပ်နောင်ထားခြင်း၊ မတရား ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းချုပ်ထားစဉ် ညှမ်းပမ်းနှိပ်စက်ပြီး သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ လူနေအိမ်နှင့် ဘာသာရေးအဆောက်အဦးများအား ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး လက်နက်ကြီးများ ပစ်ခတ်ခြင်း၊ ရှေ့ဟောင်း ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအမွေအနှစ်အနီးအနားတွင် တပ်စွဲထားခြင်း၊ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူများ အနေဖြင့် လွတ်လပ်စွာ ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခွင့်များ ပိတ်ပင်ခံထားရခြင်း၊ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွါ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်များအား လွတ်လပ်စွာ လူသားချင်းစာနာခြင်း အကူညီများ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခွင့်များကို ကန့်သတ်ထားခြင်း စသည်တို့ပါဝင်ပါသည်။
