ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၊ တနသၤာရီတိုင္းမွာအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္မည့္ GEF ၏ ေတာင္တန္းမ်ားဆီမွ သႏၱာေက်ာက္တန္းမ်ားဆီသို႔ စီမံကိန္းသည္ ေဒသခံကရင္ ဌာေနတိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား၏ အခြင့္အေရးျဖစ္ေသာ လြတ္လပ္ေသာ၊ ႀကိဳတင္အသိေပး တိုင္ပင္မႈႏွင့္ လူထုသေဘာထားရယူျခင္း (FPIC) အားခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ေနေသာေၾကာင့္ တေနာသရီသဘာဝထိန္းသိမ္းေရးဆိုင္ရာမဟာမိတ္ဖက္အဖြဲ႕ (CAT) မွ တိုင္ၾကားစာကို ၂၀၁၈၊ ဇူလုိင္လ၊ ၁၆ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ေပးပို႔ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ဤႀကီးမားက်ယ္ျပန္႔ေသာ သဘာဝထိန္းသိမ္းေရး စီမံကိန္းသည္ ေထာင္ခ်ီေသာ ကရင္ဌာေနတိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား၏ေျမယာႏွင့္ သဘာဝအရင္းအျမစ္မွ အခြင့္အေရးကို ျခိမ္းေျခာက္ ေနသည္။
