အစီရင္ခံစာအက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္
၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္ ေမလတြင္ က်င္းပခဲ့ေသာ ျပည္ေထာင္စုၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးညီလာခံ (၂၁ ရာစု ပင္လံု) အၿပီးတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေတြ႕ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးမႈျဖစ္စဥ္မွတဆင့္ “ဒီမိုကေရစီဖက္ဒရယ္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုအသစ္” တစ္ခု တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္မည့္ရလဒ္တစ္ခု ထြက္ရိွလာမည္မဟုတ္ဟူေသာအခ်က္သည္ လံုး၀ျငင္းမရသည့္ အခ်က္ျဖစ္လာသည္။ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ပင္လံုညီလာခံ၏ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွာ အနာဂါတ္ဒီမိုကေရစီဖက္ဒရယ္ ျပည္ေထာင္စု တည္ေဆာက္ရာတြင္ အေျခခံရမည့္ အေျခခံမူမ်ားကို တပ္မေတာ္၊ တိုင္းရင္းသား လက္နက္ကိုင္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား (EAOs)၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးပါတီ၊ အစိုးရ၊ လႊတ္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ ပါ၀င္သင့္ ပါ၀င္ထိုက္သူ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အစုအဖြဲ႕အားလံုးမွ ေတြ႕ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးရရွိႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ ဆံုရပ္ ေနရာတခုဖန္တီးေပးရန္ ျဖစ္သည္။
